Casey Laulala - All Black
I trained with Andrew for five weeks during the pre season of this years Super 14. We worked on building anaerobic speed and improving my running style. I found this three weeks highly beneficial and enjoyable.
I noticed as I entered the season my fitness and speed had taken massive strides and it showed out on the field. I also believe the fitness and speed I gained working with Andrew helped me to play consistently throughout the season and regain my place in the All Blacks squad.
