How do I work with athletes to realise improvements in their speed and strength?
I meet with them, sit down and talk about their goals, their current training regime, look at strengths and weaknesses and then map out a road to improved strength and speed.
What style of coach am I?
My style is very holistic in nature and takes into account all factors that can affect performance, like nutrition, biomechanics, prior injury, sporting history, training-age, lifestyle, other commitments etc.
What types of training programs do I provide?
Each program is well thought out and builds on the work you have done in previous training programs. Gentle progressions which allow your body time to adapt to the work being done, but stressing it at the same time, will be evident in the programs you will receive.
How often do I expect you to train?
This will be unique for every individual and will take into account the goals you have and time you have to train.
