Costs

Individual athletes:

For athletes aged under 18 $40 per week
For athletes aged 18 and over $60 per week

These costs cover a training program that may be 2, 3 or 4 weeks in length, depending on what the annual plan of the athlete prescribes.

A training program will include conditioning work (running, circuits etc) as well as work that can be done in the gym (i.e a weights program).

Coaching tuition is also offered, with advice given on running technique, lifting technique, dietary habits, mental skills training and rehabilitation work. The number of times I see my athletes during a week will depend on the training content.

 

Teams:

- Conditioning and Weights program (combined) $110
- Individual conditioning sessions
supervised $80

These costs cover a training program that is generally 4 weeks in length, depending on what the annual plan of the team prescribes.
The costs are in line with those suggested by Sport and Exercise Science New Zealand. I am an accredited Strength and Conditioner with this organisation so my costs are in line with theirs. To take a closer look at the costs suggested by Sport and Exercise Science New Zealand please see here.
